You must not take any actions that may undermine the integrity of the feedback system. I may limit the number of items you can sell or limit other activities on Asian Bay based upon the level of your feedback. |
We do not control the information provided by other users which is made available through Asian Bay. You may find other user's information to be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive. Please use caution, common sense, and practice safe trading when using this site.

Any user deemed to be abusing the system (by adding incorrect feedback, attempting to find loopholes, listing inaccurate items or any other activity) will immediately be banned and all of their listings withdrawn.
Any user found to be abusing anyone on the site (either via text they add to the site or communications sent via the site) will be banned immediately and, where applicable, information will be passed to the relevant authorities. |
Your Information and your activities on Asian Bay must not:
• be false, inaccurate or misleading;
