Firstly, you need to sign up for a new account at Asian Bay. Once this is complete, use the 'Contact Seller about this Item' link on any item page to contact the seller and see if the item is still available for purchase. When contacting a seller, please give them enough time to respond. Some sellers may not respond for a few days.
If the item is available, the seller will provide you with payment details. After the transaction is complete, the seller should send you a feedback request so you can leave the seller feedback on the service you experienced. The seller can also give you feedback. Please do complete the feedback form.
