Q: How does the feedback request system work?
Feedback is an integral part of Asian Bay and I encourage you to leave feedback for items purchased at ALL times when a feedback request is sent.

So, how does it work?

When you purchase an item from a seller on Asian Bay, they will send you a feedback request to leave feedback on their service. It is their responsibility to ensure you receive this request. Once a request is sent it will appear in your account area and an e-mail will follow to let you know.

Once this e-mail is received, log in to your account area and leave your feedback.

Note that feedback cannot be retracted once it has been left, so review your feedback carefully.

If you are a seller, you should send a feedback request to a buyer after you have sent the goods. A seller can also leave feedback for a buyer.

Note that if you have a feedback request and you haven`t completed it and the request is over 10 days old, you will automatically be directed to your feedback page when you log in.

What if I don`t receive a feedback request?

Please let me know as soon as you can. I can send the request on the sellers behalf if I need to. Note that I might ask to see some proof that the transaction took place, so the more info you can supply me with the better. I would recommend you contact the seller directly first.

Can I reply to neutral or negative feedback?

Yes, you can. When you view your feedback, if you have been left negative or neutral feedback you will see a link to respond to the feedback left. This link is only visible to the seller/buyer when you are logged into the system. You can respond only once.
