Unfortunately, there isn`t anything I can do about this and I cannot be held accountable for a bad transaction.
If a seller is telling you they sent the goods, check your local post office. Its always a good idea to request some kind of postal insurance when buying goods from sellers.
If your transaction was made via one of the recommended online payment services (ie: Paypal, Nochex), please raise any disputes with them directly.
